This family-friendly suite features an open kitchen with natural wood cabinets, stainless steel double-door fridge, oven and stovetop, dishwasher, and dual sinks. The living area includes a spacious L-shaped couch, ottoman, love sofa, large Smart TV with built-in entertainment center, and a non-functional fireplace. Beach supplies, including chairs and an umbrella, are provided, along with a complimentary washer and dryer. An air mattress can be provided upon request for an extra fee. Additional parking is available conditionally and not guaranteed; paid lots are located nearby if needed. Dining and fishing are just steps away from this beachfront location. Enjoy direct beach access from private stairs off the balcony. This suite is not pet-friendly, and a violation can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. No smoking is allowed inside the suite or on the premises; any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and possible immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, and you will be removed immediately without a refund and charged a $400 penalty. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided. This ground-floor unit features an open kitchen, a large living area with a Smart TV, in-unit laundry, and a patio with direct beach access. The kitchen is equipped with white cabinets, a double-door fridge, an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a coffee maker. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. Beach supplies including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a picnic basket are available. An air mattress can be provided upon request for an extra fee. Free parking for one car is included, and additional parking suggestions are provided. Local dining and fishing spots are just a short walk away. Enjoy direct beach access, approximately a 30-second walk. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. We allow one pet per reservation with a pet fee of $175 for stays of up to 7 days, and $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Service dogs are welcome, but ESA are not exempt from the pet fee. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and possible immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances.
