There are plenty of Uber and Lyft options to get around, and public transportation is nearby. Getting into Downtown Boston by public transportation is very easy and takes about 30-45 mins by bus/train. Driving into the city takes about 20-25 min. The bus stop is only a two-minute walk down the street, and the train is a 20-minute walk or 5-10 minute drive. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, please respect others in the home. Smoking is prohibited, and there is an additional $250 cleaning fee if smoking occurs in the home. One pet is allowed for a $75 pet fee. Any unauthorized or additional pets are subject to a $150 pet fee. A maximum of 2 guests are allowed per room, and no unapproved guests are allowed. There is a $30 extra guest fee per night for each additional guest.
