The dining area seats six, with additional bar seating for two at the island. Adjacent is the second living area with a sectional couch, large TV, and sliding doors leading to the outdoor patio. The patio features lounge chairs and entertainment options, including a volleyball net, ladder ball, and giant Connect 4, creating the perfect spot for fun. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1 pet and a $30 flat fee per night rate for 2 pets. Whether you’re lounging by the beach or exploring the vibrant local scene, this home is the ultimate luxury retreat. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home excluding the garage. The driveway for the home can easily fit at least 4 cars. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. There is no smoking inside the house, and any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will cause a smoke remediation fee of $1000. If more than 3 noise complaints are received due to a pet, it may result in the termination of the reservation without a refund. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund.
