Your application is not complete and will not be processed until all required documentation is received. We will select the best qualified applicant for the property. If you are not chosen for that property, we will try our best to place you in one of our other available properties. As a condition of our lease, we require all residents to carry liability insurance ($100,000) for damage to the landlords property during the term of their lease. To satisfy the insurance requirement, Resident may either (1) be automatically enrolled into the Landlord or Property Managers Master Policy that satisfies the coverage requirements as part of the RBP; or (2) obtain alternative liability coverage from an insurer of Residents choice that meets the requirements set by the Landlord herein.
