The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels, including one walk-in shower. An in-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available. Pets are welcome. Early check-in or late check-out at 1 PM is available for a fee. This home is in a prime area, just 3 minutes from large shopping centers and the best local restaurants. Enjoy the extra spacious grass yard for fun activities. Please no loud noise, loud music, yelling, or screaming at any time during your whole reservation to avoid neighbor’s complaints. To avoid neighbors calling the police, lower all noise and close windows to avoid noise going outside of the house. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, there is a $1000 fine for violation. Each unauthorized guest or pet will incur a $100 per night penalty. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. Dispose of trash in provided bins to avoid overflowing.
