our lease!!! When we moved out he stated he needed our new address so he can send our deposit which was a lie He had no intention in returning any money back to us. After he sent our breakdown from our deposit he credit us back $195 that was never sent to us. In his mind we owe him money!!! We clearly sent him the contract which it states 12-month lease but he is not seeing it and is only what he wants and it's your money!! 2020 was a very difficult time from having a newborn and having to stay home every day all day. He made it very difficult and uncomfortable to live there. I had walked in my bedroom to see my newborn covered with termites. The termites were all over our room and when we told him and showed him he said "it's the season for termites". Before we moved in he stated he was going to put in an AC unit and we will have cool air before summer that did not happened, and he does not allow any AC window units. Living upstairs it got super hot to the point that it was over 100 hundred degrees. My newborn that ended up in the hospital for dehydration and a really bad heat rash and after telling him this he show no sympathy whatsoever. We had to spend over $1,000 on portable ACs which did not help at all. Summer 2020 he decided to replace the building roof. He sent a notice stated they were going to start fixing the roof at a certain date and they did not start till a later date, and also one of the workers reported they were working with no city permit. I told him that my kids and I should not be smelling the asphalt and the chemicals from the roof but he did not care. Once my husband and I were having a private conversation in our bedroom (our window was open) apparently he was outside listening the whole time He comes and knocks on our door and suggested what My husband should do and stated " you guys need to move out!!!! "Your wife is not happy here".
