would spray other units every now and then thru my window so I knew I wanst the only one. In total since I lived there about 3 diffrentvspray sessions. Also the bathroom was extremely moldy. When we moved in we didn't notice any mold. Shortky after moving in it came from celing and walls. And the bathroom window was huge so it was open after every shower. I honestky feelbit gets painted over after every move. My last year there I honestly couldn't take it anymore. No matter how clean I had it roqches were everywhere it was disgusting!!! I moved out management did not want to give my deposit back cause they said I broke the fridge mind u the fridge was obviously refurbished amd put together awfully so it came apart withing 3 or 4 years I was there. Also they said "i ruined the floor" but the ac would always leak again mentioned to management. The owner called me saying that I left the place "trashed" which i know I didn't cause I even had my mom help me clean it before I left. I ended up owning them 80$ out of my 1300 deposit. The place was good to me so was the area but this place if they haven't fixed it its crap. Im a clean freak so if u are grossed out by roaches don't move here. Pros did like that they had their own washers and dryers. It was onmy 2 washers but like 3 dryers. But they would always break down. Oh I almost forgot we didn't have hot water for a week once!! I had to shower at my in laws or suck it up with cold water! OK that's all I have to say.
