Been in this complex for 2 months now. I have to say, so far so good. Management is extremely nice. Maintenance is on the ball, and apartments are laid out nice. Plenty of closet and storage space, and nice size bedrooms. Applying was easy, $35 application fee, no bogus administration fees tacked on to the application process, and only a $500 security deposit. Being a non-smoker, I like the fact that the entire complex is smoke free. Two months rent free with a 14 month lease. The garages are ...
very spacious, plenty room for my vehicle and additional storage, such as my bike, car top carrier, and tools. Garages come with remote, electrical outlets, and light. Hope the rest of my stay will be just as positive.
