This is by far the most horrible place I have ever lived. The leasing office could not care less about the safety of their residents. The fire alarms have gone off three times this week and not once has a security company called the fire department. It has been residents every time. You try to tell the office of issues and they ignore you or give you some generic template response saying they will fix it but they never do. I have had personal property stolen from my apartment and was told it was
...their problem. The residents across the hall from me get into screaming matches constantly and the walls and doors are so thin you can hear them though out the building. Heck the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor snoring at night! The hallways never get cleaned and there is often food or other things left laying there for weeks on end, even after the staff has been notified several times about it. Someone dropped a container of protein powder in our entry way 3 months ago. It still has not been cleaned up and I have told the office dozens of times that it is there. They have cameras in the hallway but I’m pretty sure they don’t work, as someone is constantly sneaking into my unsecured garage to smoke weed and the office claims they have no way of know who is going in there even though a camera is directly pointed at the door. For several weeks my emails were being blocked by the leasing office and was only unblocked to let me know they would not be letting me out of my lease because my concerns about my safety living here was not their problem. Majority of the time when you raise issues to them they simply don’t respond. It has been an absolute nightmare living and I am counting down the days I can afford to move out!
