Termites, no ventilation, paint chipping

Writing this to hopefully save someone time, money and a headache. The property has termites you can actively see them when they come out dead- the bathroom fills with yellow mildew on the ceiling and walls due to no bathroom vent. The heating system smells like something is burning. Pest in the stairway. The shared laundry machine has rust on the inside and often takes your quarters.
Not worth the current price. They increased the rent by 400.00 but made no upgrades.
