I LOVE IT HERE

Great location!!
September 26, 2023If you are looking for a community that puts you in the middle of everything this is it! My commute to downtown takes all of 15 minutes as well as my commute to the Cumberland/Smyrna area. I've been staying here for a year now and I love how quiet the area is. My favorite feature has to be my screened in porch because I'm able to relax outside without having to deal with pesky bugs! You'll also love the new Property Manager Sydney. Since she's taken over the community she's made it her mission to ...turn things around for the better. You won't regret living here!Property Manager Responded

Love my apartment!!
September 26, 2023I've lived at 12th since July and I've had such a great experience every step of the way. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, the leasing and move in process went smoothly, and I LOVE my apartment. My favorite part about it is the vaulted ceilings since I live on the third floor. The pool and amenities are a big draw, and I love the resident events the office puts together every month. bug infestation and mice
June 27, 2023never in my life thought I'd have to experience such disappointment and uncomfort from an apartment that looked nice. There's been a centipede infestation in the apartments, 100's come out at night from everywhere & there has been issues with mice and not even being able to catch them !Property Manager Responded
