December 4, 2025I’ve been living in this building for a while now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. The management is responsive, respectful, and takes care of issues quickly which is honestly rare these days. The hallways and common areas are always clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and safe. One thing I appreciate most is how well-maintained everything is. You can tell the owners actually care about the property and the people living here. The ...location is also super convenient close to everything I need, but still quiet enough that it feels like a real home. Overall, it’s been a really positive place to live. December 2, 2025I cannot say enough positive things about my experience living at 1350 Fifteenth Street! From the moment I moved in, it felt like home. The management and staff are truly exceptional, making the entire living experience seamless and comfortable. Outstanding Staff and Service: The entire team, from the concierge to the maintenance crew, is fantastic. The concierge are always friendly and helpful with packages, and the maintenance staff are "Johnny on the spot," handling any minor requests quickly ...and efficiently, often within the same day. The property manager is also very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Beautiful, Renovated Apartments: My unit was newly renovated with gorgeous hardwood floors and modern appliances. The apartment is incredibly spacious and features large, bright windows. I especially love my private terrace with its breathtaking views. The soundproofing is also excellent; I can barely hear my neighbors! Unbeatable Location: The convenience here is unmatched. It's located right in the heart of Fort Lee, with a grocery store, pharmacy, banks, and great restaurants just steps away. Express bus transportation to Manhattan is right around the corner, making my commute a breeze. Plus, the fact that the Police Headquarters are across the street adds an extra layer of security. Great Value: The rent is very reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location and the high quality of service and amenities (pet-friendly, on-site laundry, concierge). It offers great value for the area. If you are looking for a fantastic, well-maintained, and friendly place to live in Fort Lee, I highly recommend 1350 Fifteenth Street. January 28, 2025Hello Future Tenants, PLEASE BE AWARE OF COCKROACHES IN THIS BUILDING. The management here is extremely careless, though I will say the staff, such as maintenance and the front desk, are kind and helpful. Unfortunately, management’s response to tenant issues is slow, unempathetic, and unprofessional. As a mom of two and currently pregnant, I’ve been trying to get management’s attention to resolve a cockroach infestation in my apartment for over a months. Despite repeated follow-ups, they’ve ...been slow to act, show no concern, and have not even apologized for the stress and discomfort they’ve caused my family. Living with this issue has been exhausting and frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. Additionally, the building itself is old and has numerous issues: The ventilation system doesn’t work properly. Bathroom plumbing is so poorly designed that you can hear your neighbors through the pipes, smell . Frequent water issues and leaks. Ongoing elevator problems. Please consider these factors carefully before renting here.Property Manager Responded
December 1, 2025Hello Future Tenants, please note this was an isolated incident that was resolved. Further note we offered the resident an option to move out with no penalty and the chose to stay. The management takes residents feedback seriously and follows up promptly, there is an onsite team that resolves issues quickly. We have an exterminator onsite regularly and we eliminate any roaches that may come up infrequently.

Never move in
January 19, 2021I had to move out after one year when my lease was due and I am so happy that I did even during the pandemic. False alarms in A.M and P.M while I was taking a shower. Worth it.
July 4, 2019I have lived in the building for 1 year and can honestly say it had been a great experience. At first i was nervous since I’ve lived in homes and not apartments. The staff was not only accommodating but they’re very welcoming, it truly made it feel like home. The view is wonderful. My neighbors are great and fortlee is beyond an incredible town. Schools are very close by so the commute to dropping off my kids at school is quick and easy. There is also a community center in the back of the ...building which has different events each season, definitely worth checking out. Ive had minor issues in the building but it has always been resolved quickly. The apartment are actually very spacious and being that i have a dog I’m very glad its a pet friendly building. Leave 1350 Away
May 30, 2019If you want to have a good life, leave 1350 away. The apartment only can rent year by year, no months extension even after whole year rent. The second leave increase 5% even for the parking. The management is soooooo ridiculous. The management is completely non responsive. All the appliances were damaged, the hot water pipes were not functional, where it constantly stops. Everything used in the apartment was extremely cheaply made.Reseña de Apartments.com

May 1, 2017I am really glad my boyfriend and I decided to save money on rent and move from Manhattan to Fort Lee. We have been here for about 8 months now, and 1350 Fifteenth is a great building to live in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful when I get packages, and if I need something fixed in my apartment they get to it right away. The apartment is big and renovated, and it has great views because I am on a high floor and there are practically no buildings surrounding me. Also it's in a great ...location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. My commute is only about 15 minutes longer than it would have been if I had stayed in the city. Horrible place to live. !!!
February 4, 2016Horrible place to live. !!! This is the worst apartment building in Fort Lee. Management is terrible. 2 years remodeling and under construction, they even do constructions on weekends. They advertise this building as a luxury High-Rise, this is totally false. If you go see this building you will notice that the work they have done is very cheap. If you have a legitimate complain about the conditions, management will tell you they are not lawyers leaving you with no options but to live under ...terrible conditions. If you have children, you will be waiting a long time in the morning for elevators, Do not rent here.. Find a better place to live. I even had to go to the doctor for allergies and my dog even refused to go outside. If you do decide to rent in this poorly managed and maintained building , read your lease very carefully and make sure you understand their terms and conditions. Once you sign the lease, (even if you are unhappy living in their building) , they will not let you move out. Speaking from experience.
