      I’ve been here for 3 years and honestly love it. It’s quiet, landscaped well, I feel like their rent pricing is fair. Maintenance is also helpful and friendly. We got all new management last year and they’re okayyyyy. Could be better. They often will change the hours of the office for the day with minimal notice. Sometimes close it all together with no notice except the morning of right when the office is supposed to open, and won’t give you the reason. A little more communication, especially in ...

      This is my second time as a resident of Amberway Apartments. Where do I begin? From the first time I entered this community, I felt welcome. The Management team (Noemy and JD) and Leasing consult (Cynthia) are professional, efficient, and kind. The Maintenance team (Michael and Shawn) are timely and thorough. The community is clean (laundry room), and safety is never an issue. The community is gated, and the neighbors look out for one another like a family, there's even taco Tuesdays for those ...
      long workdays (no cooking). The pricing is appropriate, and it's conveniently located near the 57, 91, and 55 freeways. I moved pre pandemic due to an engagement and returned when it didn't work out. I'm glad I was able to return to this community for the second time, it's even better than the first time.

      The property itself is clean and has all the amenities you need. The people living there are very friendly, and the environment is very family orientated. The biggest reason why I am giving it 5 stars is because of the management. Noemy is such an amazing person and cares soo much for the tenants.       I currently live in a studio, and it is the perfect size for me. The property is always clean, and the neighbors are friendly. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi. The landscaping is beautiful. The flowers, grass, trees, and bushes are always well kept. I also like that the community is gated. What I enjoy the most is the staff. Maintenance responds within a timely manner. The leasing manager JayDee was super helpful and patient regarding my application. As a student, it was difficult for me to find ...
      a place that would accept my income status, but JayDee did what he could to help me get what I needed (: The property manager Noemy is the BEST! She is so sweet and very understanding. As long as you communicate with her about your needs, she will do what she can to help you. JayDee and Noemy are super genuine and trustworthy. I would highly recommend living here.       Management is very friendly, and efficient. They take care of any issues right away. I live by one of the entrances so it's a bit noisy ( because of the gate ) other than that it is a great place. Great place, and always well kept.

      This is the best value for your dollar in all of Anaheim. The staff is extremely friendly and effective in resolving any issues that may arise. All the neighbors are very kind. The apartments are clean and updated. The community is gated. The dumpsters are never overflowing. Laundry rooms are small, but always clean and in working order. The landscaping is beautiful. I can't say enough good things about AmberWay.

      Positives: Decent sized units with patio/balconies. Pet friendly community. Pool & Gym. Also has multiple laundry facilities and they use cash cards. Negatives: PARKING...we have no problems since we have 1 car only and a assigned carport but having guests over is a hassle. Manager is very good but other assistants in the leasing office need more training and need to give out consistant information.

      Here at Amberway, you get a gated, clean, safe place to live. Their maintenance staff is top notch, responding with the upmost urgency. Their management staff is informative, efficient and friendly. Ive enjoyed every single day that I've lived here.

      Amberway Apartments in Anaheim, CA are Cape Cod style buildings in a gated community so it feels safe. There's not a lot of police activity and it's a pretty quiet complex despite being right next to the freeway. The apartments are roomy with tons of closet space and the grounds are well maintained. I wish they had dual masters as the 2nd of a 2 bedroom is a little small but size wise, that's the only knock I have on them. The parking is a little bit of a nightmare if you have 2 cars but they're ...
