I strongly caution anyone considering renting at Lemon Flats. In my experience, management has been extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. There were ongoing issues with delayed or incomplete repairs, and I encountered significant problems getting my deposit returned. I was also charged fees that were unclear and did not seem justified. Additionally, communication was often poor, and interactions felt dismissive rather than supportive. Overall, the experience was frustrating and ...
stressful. I would advise prospective tenants to thoroughly review their lease, document everything carefully, and proceed with caution before signing here.
