Bad behaviorand I will not give a star to some apartments that do not treat you well
January 5, 2022I am so annoyed with these departments that instead of you leaving the office happy that they are going to solve your problems, you go out to argue with the secretary OR if not with the manager because she gets aggressive with you when they tell her not to pick up the garbage And supposedly we are paying for the garbage to be collected and I do not know the first to complain about that, we are giving away our money for something that is not done and does not work. I do not recommend that you ...come to live in these apartments. I have been with The cabinets are all open, they only come to put a nail and that's it They do not put something that holds the cabinets well yesterday I also saw that other people went to complain that they had not solved the cabinets and the person was very upset because you are paying too much money and you are not getting the tactical action of feeling comfortable in your own apartment I liked them for leaving some bags 175 I imagine that I have to pay more money than they do not do their job so my money that I am paying to pick up my garbage they do not come to do their work and apart I have to throw my garbage but I have to pay my 175 to leave the garbage outside so what is it about I do not recommend these apartmentsLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com

July 19, 2016This place has an infestation of roaches. Within a few weeks of living in this community-roaches started to appear. Community is great about getting someone out to spray. Not effective if the rest of the units are not being treated.Reseña de Apartments.com

November 29, 2015My husband and I moved two weeks ago and during this time we killed 6 roaches.. Huge ones! Unbelieveable! We contacted the office about our problem. Well, YAAA!
August 3, 2015Right off the MAIN street in Roswell, GA is a perfect little Oasis! Every morning on my way to work I drive through a beautifully landscaped complex tucked back away from the hustle and bustle of life. Not only is it a serene area but the staff has remained helpful and inventive over the years. One month they passed out juice and a snack on the way out to work in the AM! The pool is always a blast and the workout area has a new place i can get me Yoga on! I like my apartment so much i have ...renewed my lease time and time again. Peace and Tranquility
July 20, 2015Just as the title says, Rosemont is a quiet place to live (and raise children). The recent upgrades to the Clubhouse and the pool bring a touch of an oasis to escape to after a long day of work, or even a fun escape on your day off.
