December 29, 2025I absolutely love living at this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, it’s been clear how thoughtfully designed everything is. The beverage fridge is such a great bonus, and the massive master bedroom closet is a total game-changer with tons of space. The amenities really set this place apart—clean, well-maintained gyms, a beautiful pool, relaxing hot tubs, and saunas that make it feel like a resort. Everything is modern, spotless, and clearly well cared for. It’s the perfect mix of ...comfort, convenience, and luxury. The staff are responsive and were helpful with the entire move in process. December 6, 2025I absolutely love living here. My apartment has tons of natural light and thoughtful amenities such as under-cabinet lighting, backlit mirrors, a filtered water. The community spaces are incredible; year-round hot tub, resort-style pools that feel like a daily vacation, and fully decked-out fitness areas. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. It’s close to everything in town, yet far enough south to feel peaceful and connected to nature. I’ve truly loved calling this place home.Property Manager Responded

November 23, 2025I enjoy living at 19th and Graf, I like my apartment and enjoy the amenities. However, I wish some thing about the amenities were different… like having the hot tubs open until 11 on the weekends and maintaining the coffee machines (both were down this past week).Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025We moved into the newer phase of development, so while we don’t have a lot of neighbors yet, everyone we’ve talked with and encountered has been friendly and welcoming. There’s lots of space for our dog to get acclimated to other dogs being around, and the dog park will be a great place to socialize him. The common areas are well kept by staff and residents alike. There’s opportunity for plenty of social interactions everywhere, but if you like to keep to yourself the way this community was ...designed it incorporates that as well.Property Manager Responded
