September 23, 2015Wow what a blessing it would be to win!! This apt is my penthouse in the sky!! I am 56 yrs old and I have never had my own place. I left my parents home with 4 siblings to a college dorm 2 occupants to my 1st apt shared with a cousin to meeting my husband and having 2 kids. Well 30 years later I have found myself alone and needing a place to live. I wanted to live in the downtown area because I have been at the same job for 16 years on First Ave. After the Polar Vortex and suffering a bad ...fall trying to catch my bus. I was so emotionally exhausted from everything until I was blessed with my apt on Stanwix street. The security, the tenants, the property management and the gym are all number 1 in my book. The gym has helped me to maintain my A1C levels and keep my diabetes blood sugar under control. I just have a burst of pride everytime I walk in or out of the building.
