The landlord is friendly and I probably see her once a month. She is probably one of the best landlords I have ever had.

we have the occasional outburst from a neighbor, but nothing serious. Mostly families live in the area. Cons: No pets. The apartment is okay itself is older. There are things here and there that don't work. At times you feel like you are roommates with the people that live around you rather than neighbors because you can hear almost everything they do. The washer and dryer are expensive and barely do the job. If you have a downstairs apartment you have new windows. Street parking is an issue because people park to save stops, rather than be considerate of their neighbors. There is only parking one side of the road. Overall, good value and you can't beat having a good landlord.
