I took a drive-through the apartments
June 13, 2023They are awful grass is overgrown all the blinds in darn near every one of the apartments are busted. You can tell that the manager does not care about her property it looks like a slum I had a friend that lived there about 10 years ago she had 4 dogs that would either get hit by cars in the front of the apartment or they would try to attack people she would do nothing about it. Maintenance people are pretty much non existent my friend's AC didn't work for the 1st 2 months of her being there in ...the middle of summer her candles were melting it's how hot it was in her apartment manager did nothing. Her water heater was leaking into her living room carpet the landlord blamed it on her dogs or blamed it on her fish tank when the fish tank wasn't leaking her dogs weren't using the restroom in the house it was because the water heater was busted she refused to fix it Avoid this place like the plague it is terribleLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com

Do not recommend
July 25, 2022Manager (landlord) is very rude and seems to not care about the tenants health or anything. We literally have black mold growing g in our ceiling and their solution was to come and only cover a portion of the ceiling back up with only sheetrock and no insulation. The AC well forget that. We also had to buy a new fridge because they wouldn't fix the one in the apartment. I mean it's a place to lay our heads at night, but if you don't have to live here don't. The only benefit of being here is that ...it is a quiet community compared to where we were.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Property
August 11, 2021The property is HORRIBLE! The landlord is so unconcerned, disrespectful at times, Unprofessional, and can be hostile as well. Maintenance UGGHH. You never know coming. They come and go as the please and sometimes even without notice. Once again very unprofessional. Plus I hate the parking lot SOOOO MANY pot holes. September 13, 2018Please do not move here it’s awful the landlord does not care about her tenants at all. She is very money hungry. She is nice until she gets all required money to move you in. Then she start to ignore calls and texts she lives on property and she still won’t answer her door if you see her outside and try to talk to her or ask her a question she ignores you and walks off It’s very dirty and ragedy outside and inside the apartments she does not fix anything her 4 dogs run the property they are mean ...and she could care less!Property Manager Responded
