LITERALLY THE WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. PLEASEEEEEE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. NOT WORTH CONSIDERING AT ALL.
The walls are made of paper. Without evening trying you can clearly hear the conversations of all of your neighbors whether they are above you or next door to you. You can fill the motion of neighbors walking over your head. Management is the ABSOLUTE worst.

...management company. I signed my lease in May 2024 for a move-in date of August 2024. The previous tenant left in July. Despite having enough time to prepare the apartment, I found broken blinds in the living room, a non-functional toilet, a missing light in the chandelier, and no light bulb in the refrigerator. When I initially contacted management, they told me to wait TWO DAYS for the toilet to be fixed. I also didn't have access to the garage for over a week because they did not provide me with a clicker upon move-in.
This has been the worst leasing experience I've had. Again, management is absolutely terrible. I accidentally left my fob inside my apartment and couldn't access the building. I called management 15 times but didn't get a response. The leasing agent finally got back to me after 3 hours and 10 attempts. Fortunately, someone exiting the building let me in after I had waited for over 20 minutes. However, the property manager still hasn't returned any of my calls to check in on why I may have been contacting him so much in one setting.
