into our unit the dishwasher had mold that seemed to be there for a while. When the issue was brought up to management nothing was done about it. Huge Red Flag if you ask me. Been here under a year and already looking to relocate. Bringing awareness to the hard working people that plan to spend their hard earned money here thinking they're moving into a decent spot. It is less than decent. They're negligent about the complaints but have no problem taking your money. Again I call it negligence because all these things could be prevented but they don't take the proper steps to ensure the tenants quality of living or their health. As of 04/6/26 they made efforts to provide pest control services but it seems ineffective as they still crawl all through the living room and kitchen area. Just looking out for those who actually care. If you have no issue with being ignored and living with mold and 4 different types of roaches at a slightly higher price than most apartments in the area this might be the place for you.
