THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER !! I have pictures of roach, fly, & gnat infestations. The bug sticky pad caught 26 bugs in ONE HOUR. 4 months I've been living with this mass amount of gross bugs. It has given respiratory infection, skin infections. The management has still not addressed the issue.. unbelievable. It took them 2 months to fix my non-working AC unit & dishwasher. The pool is closed more than half the time. RUN, don't walk away from the thought of living in this dump.

This property is awesome! Mikayla was the best and incredibly helpful with anything I needed. I would say she went above and beyond for what she needed to do. I would have stayed if I could. In addition, this property has a lot of other great qualities such as: pool, gym, small dog area, and dog washing station. The outside of the apartments might not look the best, but the inside was pretty nice. I had the one bedroom and it was more than enough space for me. Sad I had to leave.

I have lived here almost 6 months now, and it didn’t take long to decide that I love it here! Maint is quick to come when needed, the manager is professional yet personable and very easy to talk to! Parking is heavily monitored, by security as well as a towing company, however it’s great, I know that there will always be parking for people who actually live here.

Beautiful apartments, love the amenities center, and the manager and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I couldn't ask for better.

ROACHES ARE THE NUMBER ONE PEOPLE THAT WILL BE STAYING IN YOUR APARTMENT OTHER THAN YOU HAVENT SEEN PEST CONTROL SINCE I MOVED IN OCTOBER 23, 2019 AND WENT THROUGH 2 MANGERS CURRENTLY ON THE 3RD ONE STILL NO PEST CONTROL AND TALK ABOUT THE SERCURITY GUY HE'S A CREEP AND STALKER HE WOULD TRY TO PEEP IN MY WINDOW EVERYDAY HE WOULD PAST BY MY DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES EVERYDAY ONE TIME I CAUGHT HIM PUTTING HIS EAR TO MY DOOR TO ...
LISTENING I RECENTLY GOT INTO AN ALTERCATION WITH HIM BECAUSE HE PUT A VIOLATION STICKER ON MY CAR WINDOW WHEN I HAD PAID THE MONEY FOR THE PERMIT STICKER TO PARK BEHIND THE POLES I NEVER GOT THE COPY OF MY LEASE UNTIL 4 MONTHS AFTER THAT WHEN THEY CHANGED MANAGERS THEN I CAME HOME TO MY LIGHTS AND EVERYTHING OFF DIDNT GET CUT BCK ON UNTIL THE MORNING THEN THE MANAGER SHE CALLED ME AND WAS BEING VERY RUDE AND CAME AT MY SIDEWAYS AND SAID I NEEDED TO PAY THE RENT DO NOT RECCOMEND TO THE FUTURE RESIDENTS READY TO BREAK MY LEASE AND MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

I am unfortunately still living at the apartments and it’s the worse. Management and security are horrible. When I first signed my lease I never received my signed documents on paper. The hanger racks in the closet kept falling, it took them two days to fix it. My wireless router, it took them over a week to get it set up! That is by calling EVERYDAY to see when it was going to be set up. In addition, of a roach infestation. I kept seeing roaches everywhere. I have a huge concern because I have ...
not seen the pest control since I have moved in and that was seven months ago? Keep in mind it is pet friendly. I went to the office TWO times to talk to MaKayla about it, the first time she LIED TO MY FACE and said the pest control come every month and if it was true there is never a heads up stating they have been inside the apartment because they haven’t been inside! Not only that but could not even tell me what days pest control come? The second time I had to talk to her again because she never sent them the first time. (Which I will be calling TAA) However, they can leave notes saying to clean your own filter.. And if you need help to use “youtube!” In addition to always having unannounced meetings which is such an inconvenience because you can’t use the fitness nor the laundry room. And the security guy has so much time on his hands that he is always on his BLUE SEGWAY and going around to see who he can pick on.. For the future residents please be aware of the unprofessionalism in this apartment complex. You have time to reconsider choosing another apartments who actually care and don’t see you as a dollar sign.
