Unresponsive management. Broken laundry and elevator services every other week. Flooded laundry room. Parking lot has no visible lines so people park... poorly. Cameras for safety don’t even work. They aren’t hooked up. Walls are thin and rent has gone up every single year since I moved in 5 years ago with no real reason as to why. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have been in this complex for less than 6 months and have had many problems. Between the walls and floors being paper thin and poor response on Center Management Company I’m counting down the days until my lease is up. I had no running water, hot or cold. I called the building manager to get no answer or follow up, called the emergency line for center management and got NOTHING in return. All the operator did was take down my information, twice. I had to resolve the issue myself, the company ...
has yet to send help, not even a phone call. I don’t recommend living here.

I currently live in this building and have for about a year. I am very happy here; the location is close to the highway and the grocery store, the building is safe, and there's always ample parking with a close by entrance. When I first moved here I had some questions/concerns, but the building managers as well as the Super have been amazing in accommodating me in a more than timely manner. The neighbors here are lovely but quiet, I've never had any disturbances. I do plan on renewing my lease ...
and staying here.

Clean, quiet, well kept building with great neighbors. A repair needed in my apartment was addressed immediately. What else can you ask for? Very happy here so far!

Not a good living situation

I moved into this complex in September 2015. The building Super immediately preceded to enter my apartment whenever I was not home. He also has associates on an adjoining floor who assisted in his efforts. Management did little to nothing to remedy the issue. If you value your privacy and safety, I would not recommend this property for rental.
