affordable, but not worth it
November 23, 2020There is no professional staff, repairs take ridiculously long to be fixed. The parking here is so bad that everyone parks in the red and occasionally gets parking tickets. There is trash and graffiti all over the alley where the garages are located.Reseña de Apartments.com
Nice living!
August 26, 2020I've been living here for many years and seen a lot, what it takes to own a property. 20units is a lot for a laundromat, thankfully anytime any of them wear out they send someone to fix it. We as tenants have to help by contributing to take care of our use in the building. No littering or no damaging of the property. Prices are great, the best part is we only pay electricity separately, gas and water is included with the rent. There was incidents of attempts to burn a garage, which is not the ...landlords fault. Reports by the police that they were after a tenant, very unfortunate that we were all put in danger however the landlord cared for tenants safety and purchased cameras for video surveillance. Soon after the culprit was caught. Water shut offs took care of the plumbing issue, it's not an ongoing thing. Things take time, can't imagine living in my own house and dealing with these kind of issues. I'm glad there staff takes care of always getting someone out here. Looks Good But is Not
April 16, 2020The water's constantly being turned off because the landlord refuses to pay to replace the pipes that have been there since the building was built. This regularly happens, at least twice a month for three hours. For that same reason, there are some days where the water is cold. The washing machines and drying machines amenities don't function properly. Sometimes you have to toss the the clothes twice for the clothes to be completely dry, on top of being more expensive then the machines of the ...laundromats nearby. Recently, there's been frequent arsonist activities near the garage of this apartment. There's been at least 7 different incidents of someone attempting to ignite the garage. Three garages have been affected, and one was burnt up inside. The insides of the apartments are always clean and tidy and big, but it honestly isn't worth it.
