November 18, 2025I don’t recommend living here. The apartment is nice but the management is non responsive, the internet doesn’t work, the pest control is useless, and it’s not safe (front gate doesn’t work, walking trail has vehicles driving on it at extreme speeds, fence has an opening where random vehicles drive into the neighborhood, homeless people use the neighborhood as a cut-through). I can understand the appeal being close to the school, but find somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2025The townhomes are beautiful, spacious and the location is very convenient since is very close to St. Johns TownCenter. The staff has always been friendly. Jasmin at the office always has a smile and you can tell she truly likes to help and clarify any questions. During Christmas, a package was delivered to another house by mistake and she promptly recovered it. I appreciate her proactiveness. Preventive pest control appointments are easy to book and I love that I can do it direcly in ...the app. My experience with maintenance also 10/10. Darell was always helpful and efficient.
