A true gem in the over crowded Gainesville apartment area
June 9, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comIt is a very rare moment when I find an apartment complex that has a competent and honest leasing agent. Well, praise today because I have had the pleasure of working with Ana Mulhearn of 39th Ave apartments in Gainesville, Florida. My situation stems from finding a clean and safe place for my son to move into after he was hired in Gainesville, only to find out the hiring complany lied to the new hires and did not disclose it was a short term seasonal job! So, we did not need that apartment ...anymore but were bound by the lease. Ana stepped up and honestly started showing the apartment and found a new tenent is under a month and a half! We are now free of the lease! This complex was clean, presentlable, had a nice gym as well as a polite and helpful property maintenance man. All said, if you are looking for a place to live that is not a mess due to overcrowding with 4 students to a split up make-shift apartment, then this is your place to go!Leer Más

January 9, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comTerrible management, time and time again I had multiple issues during my short 2 years of living here, I would have moved out sooner but was unable to due to a family emergency/life timing. The management handled construction poorly in my unit and leftt my unit UNLOCKED for a full week. When I brought it up to management they said "whoops" and there was nothing they could do to make sure I felt safe in this neighborhood. During that time they also felt my unit dirty from all the construction and ...did not even finish the job. It was finally finished, kinda, a year and a half after the construction originally took place. There was a brief good time with one manager, but he was only here for two months. When my move out finally came, I was not given any information on move out procedures, who to turn my keys into, where to do it, etc. My move out date was over the weekend when the office was closed, when I tried to reach out about proper procedures,, I did not hear from anyone. I am SO relieved to not be living here anymore. It is incredddddibly over priced for the lack of amenities the apartment has. No dishwasher, basically no dryer, no fans, no ice... you dont get a lot for what you are paying for. Again, I am soooooooo relieved to not be living here anymore.Leer Más

Avoid at all costs
August 10, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comI had a very bad experience moving in and living here. I felt unsafe all the time and the office manager was very difficult to get a hold of even to renew my lease. At least twice, several cars in the parking lot have been broken into and management did not tell residents about the second time. I found out about the second break by accident because I happened to be home when the police came to my door trying to get people to claim their stolen property. Management never told us about these ...burglaries or that cops had found a mountain of stolen property. Instead, the property manager sent an email "reminding" people to lock their cars and that was it (no mention of the break-ins, no mention of police having a lot of stolen items that they don't know who the owners are). From outside you don’t think much of it but inside... it’s spacious, big windows and wood floors. I see nothing but the forest from my window and porch and it’s beautiful. Not what I expected
June 2, 2019 - Reseña de Apartments.comThis apartment complex was not what I expected it to be. It’s s 2x2 with no lights in the bedroom. No locks inside the unit other than the front door and one of the bathrooms. There was huge wasps nest at the front door of my unit upon arrival. I went to management about it because my dad was with me and he’s allergic to wasps. In order for management to alleviate the situation that day, I had to storm out of the office. The A/C has a sewage-like odor blowing out of the vents whenever it’s on. I ...have spoke to management about this issue also for several weeks. She’s unapologetic about it and has no sense of urgency on rectifying any issues. Very Misleading/ Shady Biz Practices

Not well kept. VERY MEAN STAFF. Broken glass/ garbage everywhere. Basically they are renovating half the complex and care little for tenants that have already signed lease.
