My roommate had a leak in her ceiling when it rains. It only trickled a few times- BUT It took them 5-6 months (november until march) for them to fix the roof. 3. - unresolved power problem. For December and January, our power bill hit 290$ and 360$ (not including the 80$ down payment- type fee. To what extent was the bill our fault (left heater at 70 degrees and we had - barely - opened window during winter break) we do not know. At its best it has been $240 (fall semester may have been cheaper than it is now but we don't have it in record) Smaller negative things The parking space is very small and cramped, and the ramp is very steep. You just have to pray noone is coming in or out when you are. Positive things: The street has very little traffic despite being adjacent to green st. The amount of rowdy students at night is quiet considering the location. Very fast wifi. ethernet - for only 1 room I believe.
