My car was stolen due to the gates never working and even after the fact Grace ( the property manager) still haven't fixed the gates. This took place 03/08/2023 and guess what? They still haven't fixed the gates. Cats are every where literally! They will raise your rent prices just because they feel like it. The walls so thin you can hear your next door neighbor thoughts, and don't let them have a heavy foot it will sound like their walking in your apartment instead of theirs. They don't clean ...
the property after doing maintenance work. They just leave their scraps out. Not to mention don't walk too hard or you might just fall through the floor. I had a hole in my floor due to the floors being weak. I had to threaten to call Channel 2 news station just for them to fix it. Maintenance is terrible as well as the management staff. Do not waste your hard earn money on these apartments. I have You will regret it!! I definitely do! I wouldn't recommend these apartments to a rat!

I was completely shocked at how nice and clean the community was when i walked in. i was greeted by a great team of leasing consultants with big smiles. She stated that she worked with two of the best managers in the industry. the assistant manager (Cierra) and the property manager (Shirley). GOLDOLLER has done great with this team. I would recommend any of these properties.

I've been living here for the past 3 months and have got to say that we are very impressed with this place!
It was our first time renting out an apartment and everyone knows the horror stories about apartment management and its downfalls, but living here has been the exact opposite of all that. We have been enjoying our time here since the day we moved in, and are happy that we struck gold with such a nice place.
Rent is very reasonably priced, the area around the apartments is kept clean and ...
tidy and I have yet to have any issues with pests. We do live on an upper floor apartment, so that may play into the role, but either way it has been very pleasant.

Since the new management company has taken management of the property it has evolved into a very pleasurable living experience. There were a few bumps in the road at first, but everything has leveled out. Kudos to the maintenance department, both Brandon and Christian. They are responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with.

I would NOT recommend living here! The maintenance workers SUUUUUUCK!!! They do not answer and take forever to fix things!! I didnt have power from 8:00pm until the next day and that is not cool!! You have to jump through hurdles to get results and I would not recommend living here AT ALL. Seriously NO STARS!

Since the transitions of ownership. I am pleased to see improvements in security cameras, new lighting in the breezeway and new commodes. I know they will improve the property for the better in time and make it a beautiful, safe environment to happy to come home to. Also, the staff are very professional, they follow-up on residents concerns and try their best to accommodate.

This is not a place for kids, or anyone who Values their life ! There is NO SECURITY, and the people do as they please, there is trash all over, the rent is overpriced for the conditions and the Roaches are UNSTOPPABLE!

Crime rate high, car was stolen

I lived here for a few years and for the price I thought I could handle it, but the roaches, overflowing trash & my car being stolen did it for me. When you drive by it looks quiet but don't be fooled like I was. Do you homework, needs more police presence.

The new manager is very professional hopefully these apartments will improve I have faith that they will so with the new manager here maybe there will be a change cuz she's very professional unlike the last manager but who am I to talk I only been here for eight months but I I know professionalism when I see it because I'm not used to getting it from managers at apartments I think the new manager said that her name is Lakisha I forgot already

Golf Vista Apartments is terrible! There are roaches and beg bugs everywhere and no one has come to fix this problem.
