This apartment is located in Midtown East across from Grand Central. It's a great location, and very convenient to the major subway lines. There are a lot of bars and restaurants close by, and you're 5 avenues over from Time Square ( if your into that part of the city). The building is a pre-war building so it's very old. For the most part 2-3 people can live in an apartment in this building, depending on the way you flex. There is no doorman, and the elevator is creepy and old. Although it's a ...
good "first" apartment for the most part, the management is literally awful. We've had mice and cockroaches,our toilet has overflowed, and our oven was broke for a month. Management will do nothing and they are very mean, rude, not helpful, and only care about money. Don't live here.
