Property is dirty. Management does not care. Amazon deliveries often get stolen. We were told that we cannot exercise in our own unit. Laundry facilities are old and expensive to use. Parking is not secure. Items were stolen out of our vehicles over night. Parking your vehicle here can be very hard if you have a larger size truck or SUV. The neighbors have loud parties every other weekend. Their dogs bark for hours in the mornings and their children shriek. They are on the next property ...

Was harassed by the manager of the building who accused me of vandalizing the apartment trash cans. I did nothing of the sore norm did she provide any proof. Following her illegitimate vandalism accusation, she then served me a 60 day eviction notice with no reason for the notice. To make matters even worse, I requested that my last month be paid for using my security deposit since she was forcing me to move. She then denied my request and then sent me another notice to move out I three ...

days. I definitely will be seeking legal aid to address her actions but to everyone that is new, beware. Horrible horrible horrible!!!
