He also doesn’t come fix anything right away, always wanting hours or even days for something to get fixed. Our pipes under the sink busted and we gave him a call and he said he couldn’t come out until tomorrow because he was on a date with his wife, told us to just use towels and mop up all the water. Another thing is that I cannot use my oven every time I use it, it smokes the whole apartment, the maintenance guy told us just to clean it and it would work fine, we cleaned it and the next day the whole apartment was smoked out. Also only two of my burners on the top work which is extremely hard to get things done when making dinner for more than 2 people. And they say you can only have cats, yet there are multiple people in both apartment complex’s with dogs big and small, which is annoying because we have been trying to get a dog for awhile but didn’t want to break the rules (go figure). All and all it’s a terrible place to live, the rent is cheap and that’s probably the only good thing about thing place. ( this review is for the 535 lime city road, rossford oh location )
