I've been living here for a little over two years, and I genuinely love this community—especially since the new management team took over.
When it was time to renew my lease, I had some issues with the previous management that made the process stressful. Thankfully, the new management team stepped in and made everything so much easier. Amanda (I believe that's her name) was incredibly helpful and guided me through the renewal process quickly and smoothly. I was truly grateful for her help.

...also like to give a special shout-out to Britney. She's always friendly, approachable, and willing to help, whether it's printing documents or assisting with maintenance requests. Great customer service like that really makes a difference.
Here are some of the reasons I enjoy living here:
• Great location: It's about 15 minutes from the Galleria, 20 minutes from Cypress, and around 23 minutes from Downtown Houston. Walmart, Target, Ross, Dollar Tree, gas stations, and plenty of restaurants are all within a 5-minute drive.
• Well-maintained community: The maintenance team is out every morning cleaning the property, including the gym and pool areas. Since the community isn't very large, you see them throughout the day, and they're always friendly and hardworking.
• Close to Memorial Park: If you enjoy walking, running, or spending time outdoors, Memorial Park is only about a 12-minute drive away.
• Great apartment features: Wi-Fi is included, the apartments have wood flooring throughout, and the layouts are spacious with very large closets—especially the two-bedroom, two-bathroom units.
• Excellent value: For the location, amenities, and apartment size, I think the pricing is very reasonable.
The only suggestion I'd make is to bring back the regular pressure washing of the apartment buildings, especially on Fridays or Saturdays like they used to. The property always looked so fresh and clean going into the weekend, and I'd love to see that become a regular routine again.
Overall, I've had a very positive experience living here. If you're considering this community, I'd definitely recommend stopping by and taking a tour!
