The layout, square footage, in-unit washer/dryer, large soaking tub, and upgraded appliances of our apartment that have the feel of a house. Take in views of the Hollywood sign, Downtown L.A. and SoCal sunsets from one of the four rooftop terraces. An easy stroll takes you to the Grove, LACMA, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, and Petersen Automotive Museum. There are enough restaurants in the area that trying something different is easy to do, and a treat for the palate. Not a safe place to life

My place was robbed but luckily I was not there and no one got hurt. My entry way light went out and being single and robbed once I felt unsafe. I put a work order in on Thursday but they not there that day. So I figured it would take two minuets and make my apartment more safe so at night I can see if someone tries to break in. It is Saturday and they still have not fixed it. I went to the office they told me they might get to it today. I tried to explain that I felt unsafe. I was able to ...
catch up with Maintance and he told me they would be over before he left but he lied and never came. My knee and hip are bad and luckily a friend come over and switched the halogen light with one in my bedroom so I have light in the entry way. They don’t care about your safety at all and the Maintance lies to you.

I have Fibromyalgia and had to drive to San Diego and then La for meetings. I was hurting and in pain. When I got home the dryer was broken and I went into a panic because I had to do laundry my cat had thrown up on my bed. The maintenance manager (Jermaine) stayed late to fix the washer so I would not have to go to a laundry mat. Not only is he kind and considerate, he deals with grumpy residences with kindness and compassion. He really cares about the residences

The building needs to add more electric vehicle chargers. There’s not enough to accommodate vehicles needing a charge. There was spaces made available for motorcycles which is a wasted space.

The maintenance staff (Germaine and Jose specifically) are amazing. I am thoroughly disappointed by the management in general though because they have raised our rent so much and I know it is not legal to be charging us way more than the exact same apartment (mirror image and next door). I addressed with them and they did nothing!!! Not amused at all!

Management was not flexible in terms of showing me the apartment before moving in, would not even provide a video walk through. I just wanted to measure the rooms to buy furniture in advance of moving and that was not allowed. In addition to that, there were several things that were not done prior to moving in, for example the bathrooms were glazed the day after moving in, and I could not shower in the apartment for 3 days after moving in. The management team was also completely unaware of the ...
windsor policy about 2 free rent days when transferring units within the same building or community and pressured us to complete the move all in one day. The oven was FILTHY and filled the entire apartment with smoke the first time we used it, our ceiling fan rattles non stop and every single faucet handle in both bathrooms leaks anytime the water is turned on, making it impossible to keep the sink's clean. I love our apartment and neighborhood, but the staff has proven to be subpar and the unit was absolutely NOT move in ready when we moved in.
