walls. Secondly the Owner is ATROCIOUS. We'd pay our rent and sometimes he wouldn't cash it for a MONTH. Lastly, when we moved out, we left the apartment in pretty nice condition. We aren't slobs, rather neat, and when we left we had spent numerous days cleaning out the apartment as well as making sure it was in pretty great condition. However, out of the $1,150.00 security deposit we had put in they kept $761.00. The apartment manager charges $90.00 a HOUR to clean the apartment. She said she took 6.5 hours to fill some tack holes in the ceiling and clean up some dust in areas that were unreachable, and cleaning the back of the blinds. Apparently it takes 6.5 hours to do that. Her report to us, about why there were deductions, was astonishing. It was rude, unprofessional, and all around lacked any sort of consideration toward us at all. We took great care of our apartment and were fantastic tenants. Never made much noise, didn't pay our rent late, and kept to ourselves, really. I would NEVER advise anyone to rent here. Please do not rent from them. They are just terrible almost as bad as con artists. They'll extort you like crazy.
