If you call the property management company they will advise you to go through the on-site manager. On-site washer/dryer -one set per floor, but they don't really clean well, which is gross. You have the option of putting in more quarters for the washer to wash better. Basically, it'll cost you $2/load to wash and $1 to dry. No insulation, windows let in everything, so electricity's probably higher than it should be, which might not be so bad if my rent hadn't been raised over $100/mo recently.
