Very open and honest and answered all of her questions without hesitation. When we had to reach out to him for something he was extremely quick to respond and would take care of whatever we needed quickly. He would always communicate with us when necessary. After nine years with my company in Philadelphia PA, I was transferred to a new office here in Clearwater, FL. I was not sure if I wanted to rent an apartment and commute from Tampa or rental locally to my new office. As you know, moving is stressful enough without figuring out location and commute. I gave up the apartment I had already placed a deposit on and was set to move into, happily losing the deposit for that apartment (which I never thought I would ever say) I have been here almost 2 years now, and plan on re-signing a new lease, again. Yes, location is key; however, so is your property manager! He is amazing! Professional, fair, honest, timely, considerate, respectful. Hands down best property manager I have ever had!
