They don't clean or make repairs before you move in and paint over bugs and dirt to make it aesthetically pleasing then tell you they'll fix the place up after you pay your deposit and move in cost but they never fix anything. They have already charged 4 people $100 applications fees when the girl before moved out a couple days ago that complained about the plumbing and ceilings caving in, whose furniture is still outside the now vacant apartment. All they did was change the locks they didn't even have the decency to move the left behind furniture or clean the apartment.I also was told by the old tenant the apartment floods and tiny worms and bugs cover the floor when it rains. At night and early morning you see the raccoons eating the fallen mangoes from the mango tree on the property because the lawn service they use don't pick up the old rotten fruit just ride over it with the lawn mower so the building is also surrounded by fruit flies and you want to open your window you can't because the screens are either damaged or missing. Forgot the low rent they couldn't charge more if they wanted but its still not worth it unless your someone who doesn't mind doing all your own maintenance, extermination & lawn care out your own pocket even though they charge double security deposits and have maintenance men. Also if your late on your rent they'll file an eviction and make you pay $400 to have them drop it on top of the rent and the $75 late fee.
