Beautiful Location, but Ants
September 5, 2020This apartment complex is in a beautiful location, however management is slow to maintain the property and there is a pest problem. We've had an open maintenance request ticket since October 2019 and it is now September 2020 and that ticket still says "a technician has been contacted for this request," with no maintenance done almost a year later. We keep all food closed up and the kitchen reasonably clean as can be expected and we use ant traps but we can tell that the apartment is not well ...sealed and that is the problem. They continue to come in from various parts of the baseboard trim around the apartment which is not well secured. WE can at times see them swarming out of the loose trim. When you have so many points of entry trapping can only do so much good, as they will keep coming in.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
