A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). 5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID. 6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer a Renter's Insurance Policy. 7. A $45.00 (per applicant) processing fee, must accompany each application submitted. NOTE: To ensure a quicker response on your application, please be sure to fill out the application completely (leaving nothing blank) and include contact information for current/previous landlords (email & phone number). Application processing time is typically within 1-2 business days. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received. In the event of multiple applications for the same property, the applications will be prioritized based upon the qualifications of each applicant. Quiet beach paradise
July 29, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comOne of the most quiet building in Coronado, walking distance to most attraction on the island (Ferry landing, beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc). Lovely neighbors. The apartment has been remodeled in 2015 with new floor, fresh paint and new appliance. Small courtyard with table and chairs, and garage available. The common areas are very well maintained.
