That night we got a hotel & while searching rental posts where we found Marks listing on Apartments.com & Facebook On Saturday we gave Mark a call, he answered almost immediately (thinking we weren’t going to be able to tour the apartment till Monday or Tuesday) but to our surprise less than an hour later from our call we were at the apartment touring. We told him our situation where he listened to us openly & conversed about how he got into the rental business. His journey was incredible and sincere which shines in how well maintained with care & dedication to his properties are. This is where he became our saving grace because he asked us to come back in a few hours to sign a lease that he just needed to contact his cleaning team & we could move in that night on a SATURDAY. Mark was always available for even the smallest of questions IE what type of rock salt could be used because I have bad knees. He went as far to offer to have a bag dropped off. On top of communication with memos and texts. Looked out for us during our first major tornado. He always had his maintenance crew readily available as well, though we never needed to call them cause as stated before Mark takes a lot of pride in the upkeep of his properties.
