COCKROACHES
July 29, 2017Worst apartment I have ever rented. There were huge, disgusting cockroaches everywhere, despite Katz constantly spraying. It was sweltering hot all the time and the radiators were so loud. Also, water periodically leaked from my kitchen wall. Management from Katz knew the building was in utter disrepair but didn't seem concerned. Do not rent here.Review from Apartments.com
Decent Apartment - Great Location
September 20, 2015This building has decently-sized studios & 1 bedroom units. The location is great. Close to many businesses, grocery, MSOE campus, downtown & nightlife. Parking is on-street, and not THAT hard to find spots usually. The laundry room is regularly clean. Currently no apartment manager on-site. Cleaning of commons areas is not done regularly. Property management average to above average for service/maintenance requests. There is a roach problem on the first few floors. Property management can't seem ...to contain the issue. On third floor, have only had one. Many seen on ground floor - usually dead/dying. Pros outweigh the cons living here so far.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
