for the building(and you have to go outside to get to them, though it's covered) Squeaky floors No air conditioning Bathroom pipes are older and sometimes have a metallic smell Garbage is in the back alley (again, outside) no fan in the bathroom, though the window opens Overall, this is a great apartment. The building is kind of old, so there are some cosmetic flaws, but everything is very well kept up. Most complaints are the same at any place (stairs suck, no A/C, windows look at alleyways) but the neighborhood is nice, the management is very prompt (they replaced our whole oven in like a week and most of that was waiting for shipping, also fixed our doorbell as soon as we asked.) The rooms are large (mine's a 2 bedroom) and the closets are decent. Neighbors are polite, though no one's really buddy-buddy. I love living here and it's by far the best place we looked at in the area. It isn't perfect, but it makes a nice home.
