At first I had an issue with the unit I first got and had to push back my move in date, however, even working from home on quarantine, they helped me in a timely and professional manner. Absolutely love Morgan, Tiffany and maintenance! Love our new apartment!

Maybe it’s just our unit, but we have had so many issues. All but one of the plugs in our bedroom no longer work, our living room ceiling is cracking and caving in, the floor creaks in all of the rooms & there are dips in them as well, our AC was not keeping our apartment cool in June-August and when maintenance was called they just did a temporary fix that lasted about 2-3 days, our shower broke and when we called maintenance it took them a week to fix it. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

The whole process of moving in was such a breeze no complications at all , our leasing agent Morgan was so respectful and helpful with any questions we had and was very patient. The maintenance here is so quick and they do a great job on whatever needs to be fixed. These apartments are definitely the place to live !!

When I first moved in, I had no issues at all. During my move into a bigger apartment, the management changed and it was for the worst. They left office in March and did not return until around 2 months ago. During their absence, they left no clear lines of communication, all our phone calls were either not answered/returned or simply went to a voicemail box that was full. We’ve had a leak in our bathroom for months that never got fixed and turned into a steady pour of water, then our ac would ...
broke and they would only give it a temporary fix for it to break again in a week. When they did return, nothing changed. Emails weren’t returned, phone calls and maintenance issues were still not handled. Hopefully they figure out how to run the place soon.

I can’t wait to get a two bedroom apartment! We’re staying at the same complex. The Albion’s are comfortable. Front office girls are super nice and making the transition for the upgrade easy. I never have to put a work order in twice. Unless We break something more than once... The maintenance men are not creepy or weird. They’re professional with doing their job and leaving. Most of the people here have children and none of them has taken anything from my porch. Also for an apartment complex ...
having so many kids it’s quiet. During the summer time we really enjoy the pool! The pricing is reasonable, rent includes gas trash and water. The people who work here make it a good experience living here!

So far my fiancée and I have lived here going on two years August of 2019. We’ve renewed our lease and have had no issues. The property is quiet and the neighbors all stay to themselves, really. It’s really nice. Maintenance is fast and they really get the job done. I would recommend this complex to anyone! No washer and dryer hook ups but they do have a laundry facility that takes the money card. They have grills throughout the complex so your apartments chances of catching fire and losing a ...
life’s build up of memories are really a zero chance. I love the floors being all tile and carpet throughout the bedrooms only. And the fact that the master closet is a mini bedroom is really a blessing. It’s very spacious. We have the 2x1 floor plan. Management is the best here. They are always working in the office and staying late when needed. Which is super awesome! My fiancée and I really love this place. I can’t imagine us living anywhere else just yet.

i’ve been in the albion for about two years now. i really love it. the apartments are cozy. maintenance is always on top of repairs (as in, same day fixes). the office staff is always very nice and professional. i also really love that the top floor apartments are carpeted- i know i’m loud so not having to worry about walking on tile or wood and disturbing my neighbors is a huge plus. i recommend this place to everyone i meet who is looking to rent. it’s affordable and kept up very well.

I have been living here for 13 months and it has been great so far. The office staff and maintenance are very polite and friendly. Ms Courtney is so sweet, All the maintenance guy a nice and polite. They keep this complex looking good. Any repairs or questions that I may of had I received that day never waited for 24-48 to get a respond never had to question or when the job were getting done. I've been living at The Albion for about 3 years now and I love it here so much! Its clean, family friendly and reminds me of how neighborhoods used to be growing up. Friendly neighbors and welcoming. Maintenance is phenomenal! Any possible issue that may come up is taken care of right away, and management is good with communication. Great Office and Maintenance Staff

I have lived here for three years. The few issues I’ve had were addressed efficiently. The people in the office and the maintenance guys really look out for the residents. One of the guys even helped me jump start my vehicle one morning! They really are great people! I haven’t had many maintenance issues, but the few normal issues I’ve had were remedied quickly. The guys keep the place clean, the exterior is regularly maintained, and many of the residents look out for each other.
