The first two years here would've been 5 stars, but this year's new management deserves zero. My friends and I have had multiple issues with staff and management. The front office staff is not informed of what goes on at the property or any of the rules so whatever they tell you, probably not true. I have gone to the office to fix my gate code for two years and it still has not happened. I send emails regarding issues and they take either two days to respond or finally respond after 2-3 attempts. ...
I have had packages lost and not given back, or they tell me they sent it back but dont provide any return receipts or tracking numbers. They just send them back. We have had issues with break-ins and the security did nothing so we had to call the police directly.The only good thing about this property is the spacious layouts.
