The landscaping around our home and throughout the entire neighborhood is always so well-kept—it really adds to the charm and pride of living here. From the start, the office staff has been absolutely amazing. They’re the kind of people you can talk to for hours. They never have an attitude, always listen, and make me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated—like family. Cassie was incredibly sweet and made the leasing process not just easy, but ...enjoyable. It didn’t feel like a mountain of paperwork—instead, she made us excited to apply. Touring the home with her sealed the deal. The rooms were spacious, the walk-in closets were perfect, and the backyard was the cherry on top. Clarissa, the community manager, is a gem. She always takes time to greet me, truly listen, and make me feel heard. Her attention and kindness set this community apart. I’ve lived in several complexes, but this experience has been the most welcoming by far. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Jose and Josiah from maintenance. They’re always on the move, working hard, and still take the time to be friendly, helpful, and kind. They never make me feel like I’m bothering them and always handle my requests with a smile. Greystar has an amazing team at Altura—they all deserve a raise. If I ever have to move for work, I’ll be sticking with Greystar. I am now ten minutes from work instead of a hour in traffic, plus I have a yard for my dogs to play in. Which saves me time from having to walk them to a tiny dog park that my apartments use to have. The homes themselves are perfect for rentals and the service supervisor has been so helpful. He helped me set up my washers and dryers and for that I am forever grateful, LOL! Cassie made my process smooth, even with all the ...bumps that come with being a brand new community I really felt like she was there for me and my kids.
