    The management and maintenance person don’t care about the property. And don’t even try to swim in the pool my child played in it and the next day had a bacterial infection because they don’t clean it.

  • Terrible

    Everything about living here sucks. The office lady is nice her manager is lazy and doesn’t deserve her job. I’ve had rats in kitchen since I moved in. Been up there 3x just and still haven’t gotten anything other than her writing down my issues on a post it note that must get thrown away right when I walk out the door cause nothing gets done. AC has been broken and leaking for over a month. My apartments is 85 degrees during the day 80 at night. There’s fungus and mushrooms growing from my walls ...
    cause my ac has been leaking for over a month. They keep taking down my pictures of the mushrooms and dead rats I killed living in my kitchen. Neighbors will steal anything that isn’t locked down. Neighbors in B5 are such geniuses they stole a $3 doormat and then I took it back and put it inside my door. Wrote them a nice letter asking them why they thought it was necessary to steal a cheapo doormat and they figured out where to return the letter with the doormat on the inside but didn’t steal it. If you think Madison is bad then don’t move here cause this is the trashiest in Madison and that’s hard to do in this city.

  • Don’t Even

    They suck. Everything sucks. They have one maintenance man that has an attitude about everything and doesn’t do anything right. They lie about everything. The pool is a decoy. The staff is incompetent and they write everything important on sticky notes that get lost. If you have a complaint or if something breaks, forget about it. They’ve got excuse for days. Not even gonna get started on the bug problem. You pay for pest control but never received it. They never answer the phone and they are ...
    rarely in the office during business hours. The water pressure is terrible and the water bill is going to be about $150 on top of the always rising rent. No legitimate explanation for why it’s that high.

  • Just Nope

    This had to be the worst renting experience in my life! Roaches.. Holes in the ceiling.. Leaking Ceiling.. The maintenance man did not know how to do his job at all. I always had to get my neighbor to check behind him to make sure everything was done right. AC never works and you can't rely on your maintenance man to come on time. I called one time bc it was 96 degrees in my house (yes, you read that right) around 11am and this guy didn't show up until almost 9 in the evening, with an attitude. ...
    The leasing lady tries to get over on people with bogus fees (READ YOUR CONTRACT). The leasing lady doesn't even know whats in the contract. Thank god i read. The water pressure is absolutely awful. Just don't do it.

    If you like roaches, rats, leaking things, stopped up sinks, black mold, management that doesn't care, trashy outside appearance, holes in the wall, and illiterate maintenance, than this is the place for you. If not, run as far away from here as possible!!!! It's not worth it!

    I was not given an opportunity to see my apartment before the day I moved in. "Blind faith" she called it. I agreed because I saw a model apartment a couple years before. Needless to say WORSE MISTAKE! Roaches everywhere, they claim to spray a different building each week but I see roaches daily , ,blinds falling apart (they replaced them with old broken ones) a spare door sat in my living room a whole week before someone came and removed it. Pool has been been shut down by the health department ...
    several times this summer and is currently brown and murky. I could go on and on. Do not move here. I'm trapped in a 785/2br lease and May can't get here soon enough.
