July 22, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comI find it interesting that some people have posted that the management is rude, as I have never had that problem, as they have always gone out of their way to help me. As for maintenance requests, they have been done in a timely manner, and most of the time the day I have reported the problem. Ruth, as has been mentioned in a previous review is a sweet and considerate employee, and has assisted me many times with a smile on her face. All of the office employees, along with maintenance are ...super. It is amazing though, how many of the tenants are rude to them and expect to not have to follow the rules, so I can imagine if one is reprimanded for not following a rule, that they might want to exact revenge by giving a negative review. I really enjoy living here and appreciate the opportunity to do so. Also, when I call the phone is always answered, and if they are busy, my calls are returned, as well as my emails answered in a timely manner, if I choose to email.Leer Más
