HORRIBLE.

First let’s start by having incompetent people in the front office they will give you different prices of your apartment show you a beautiful one and you don’t get to see your apartment until the day that you move in which looked nothing like the beautiful one updated. Holes in the floor dark spots on the mirror and not to mention telling me the day of moving in that there was a bug problem!!! Horrible paint job horrible ventilation in the bathroom because the paint turns into bubbles. Pest ...
control sucks and apparently can never get into your door went to the office to change the locks they never did. Had a leak in the ceiling from the shower took them a week to show up god forbid mold built up waiting on them. Packages being stolen by children in the neighborhood. I’m sure there’s more and it’s only been a year.... I would rather pay $$ more for a better community. The price just isn’t worth staying for.

Horrible Place

First I want to say I've never lived in such a place before. The internet makes this look like a beautiful resort. I had roaches crawling up my walls and in my sofa!!! My sliding back door had no lock and no handle. The garbage dumpsters were always over full and garbage strew all over. My new car was marred and dented (vandalism). Some undesirable tried to get in my front door. The smell of marijuana reeked!!! Shootings constantly. This is supposed to be a safe drug free complex. They hired ...
police to sit and monitor the complex at night " They are not here for your protection but to watch the property" now doesn't that make one feel safe. I have reported to the police of my issues of my car and the person trying to get in my apartment. I also have documented the times I've called the office regarding the roach problem along with email and pictures I've forwarded to my attorney. I have contacted the BBB and there is a letter being sent to the attorney General. They broke their lease by the unsafe environment they promised along with the unhealthy invasion of roaches they failed to take care of. I'm only giving a one star because I have to to give a review but I would give this place a -0!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

By far the worst Property Management company I have ever encountered. I am a property manager myself and have never treated any of my residents the way I have experience at the hands of this incompetent management team. First and foremost I moved into the property and experience a roach problem which to date (4 months later) has yet to eliminate them. The pest control company is useless and does nothing to eliminate the problem. Second it takes them weeks, if not months, to address work orders to ...
the point that you have to continue to call them so that they do not forget. The staff is less than helpful and shrugs off problems. The area is bad and high crime. I moved from another state and had I known this I would have never rented from this company. The pictures that they have posted on line are pictures from when they originally opened, the area nor the units look nothing like the pictures. The curb appeal itself lacks proper care. If I could deter anyone from moving to this property let alone this area, PLEASE DONT. Save yourself the aggravation.

A Bad Start
October 5, 2015
I normally have nice things to say when it comes to the apartments I have choosen to live in. This time, nothing good comes to mind. My starting process with the apartment went ok. I.E. Paperwork. 1 day before I went to move in (after them knowing I was moving in for a good while) I went to go see the process in my apartment. It was HORRIFIC! Holes in the walls, paint everywhere, dirty floors and carpet. The AC was spilling water everywhere and it smelled god awful. 1 day before I was ...
supposed to move in. Just absolutely horrific. They just gave excuses to why it looked that way...and they just said "Give us time". Give you time? You had 3 weeks to get that apartment ready. Secondly when I moved in....things were rough. AC did not work still and everything had been roughly covered up. Bad patch work and still paint everywhere. Not to mention the BUGS!! Cockroaches and ants. Skinky sinks and horrible shower drains. I am living here still due to me needing a place to live and I already signed the lease. I would not recommend that anyone live here. Find a better place to live and have your family. Aqua Links is not a good place to live.

This is an amazing place to live. It was taken over and transformed from a run down neglected complex to being very clean and safe. The new management has done a great job updating the units. The rent is very reasonable for the area. I would highly recommend it.
