March 12, 2024Upper Management will lie to get out of providing a service that was promised, then not email you back. Record your visit to the showcase room (Your room will be 10x worse) to make sure your room has promised features. They don't check rooms before move in dates and you cant see your room until move in. Make sure you know when your lease will end. Spent the last two months trying to fix this issue that should have been simple but they gave up and said too bad get your own internet service. February 23, 2024DO YOUR RESEARCH! THIS PLACE IS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS. They dont let you check your room before moving in, it was extremely dirty so be ready to clean. Also Ive had many issues when moving in due to upper management not giving the office resources to do what they need to do. The room they show you when you come in for the first time is NOTHING like your actual room, dishonest tactic. Great Complex, Friendly Staff
June 9, 2021The apartment complex is great! The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. When I moved my daughter in, everything went well with no problems. They were quick to fix anything we had upon our move-in inspection. I feel very confident that she is save and living in a clean complex. Anytime she has needed assistance with anything, they were there to help her. The complex has a huge dog park, a very nice pool area, and the grass and bushes are always very well kept. May 4, 2020if you want to save yourself a headache & stressful living environment RUNNN from these apartments. They do not respect your privacy and most of your concerns will be minimized by the staff. if I had known this apartment complex would not be willing to put my safety as top priority and would continue to minimize my concerns and act as though it’s a normal occurrence for staff to enter our homes without notifying us that they have been in our home and deny entry when brought to their attention . ...Also maintenance request takes forever to even get resolved so don’t bother even putting them in . if you like to live in an apartment complex that doesn’t value their residents this is the perfect place for you . The Arbors contracts with predatory parking enforcement
October 4, 2019The towing company that the Arbors contracts to enforce their parking rules is known for preying on college students who do not have the time or resources to challenge their practices. Management claims to support its tenets, but when cars are towed for simply putting the parking decal in the wrong place (although still plainly visible), and the towing company charges an excess of $200, you have to wonder if that is true. August 6, 2015The apartment complex is great! The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. Anytime I have needed assistance with anything, they were there to offer it. And the complex has a huge dog park for anyone with dogs, a very nice, though slightly small, pool area, and the grass and bushes are always very well kept. The only minor thing would be the maintainance crew reaction time. There were a few times that it took them longer than stated to get to the apartment and fix the issue.
