Great Location, Great apartments
June 24, 2025Have been living here for a year and have been loving it! The location is close to everything you need, walking distance to grocery stores and a quick 8 minute walk to center of North Park! The apartments themselves are very well insulated so it’s quite a peaceful! The management is great and easy to work with. It’s been lovely living here!Property Manager Responded

Amazing service, made everything as easy as possible
March 31, 2025When I called to schedule a tour the service was outstanding!!! The lady who took my call was very helpful and only took about 10 minutes to set up. Rude
August 5, 2022The management here is very rude. Every time I’ve called to ask about availability someone acts like they’re doing me a favor instead of doing their actual job. July 2, 2021I called about the available unit listed. The lady on the phone sounded annoyed and flustered right off the bat. Sighed a lot when I asked any question. New management and GREAT!!!
March 19, 2019I’ve been at this location for 2 years and the honest truth is the first year it was owned by an old management that didn’t seem to care and I was almost out the door on the end of the lease, but just before that happened the new management took over everything immediately improved. They are kind and they get work done!!! I haven’t seen a single roach in a long time now and there will be a fumigation at the end of March. This place is great and pet friendly. STAY AWAY, FAR FAR FAR AWAY!
April 21, 2016Never have I met such a rude staff!!!! I went out of my way to reschedule an appointment I had with Emily when I was already on my way, turned around, waited an hour and went back to meet with her and she was 40 MINUTES LATE! I ended up not being able to meet with her due to having previous commitments. I drove there and back TWICE and never got the chance to meet with her. Then when she finally showed up, she was EXTREMELY rude and didn't even apologize, instead tried to put all the blame on ...me!! I was willing to wait until her lunch was over and she was STILL 15 MINUTES LATE. The rudeness and lack of care for future residents made me IMMEDIATELY take this apartment off my consideration list.
